Requirements: 6 years or more of progressive hotel Food and Beverage experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred; Previous hotel pre-opening experience preferred; Service-oriented with professional presentation skills; Ability to interpret financial and operational data and prepare an annual business plan; At least 3 years in a senior role in a food and beverage environment; Proven leadership skills in building, training, and mentoring; Strengths in high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leadership, high volume concept expertise, effective communication, exceptional customer service, and bottom-line improvement; Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English; Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills; Experience implementing new F&B concepts
