Position: Director of Food and Beverage

Requirements: 5+ years of recent experience in F&B/Restaurant + Bar Management, including as Director of Food & Beverage; 10+ years of progressively responsible work experience in Food & Beverage, including as a department leader managing a culturally diverse workforce; Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Culinary, Sales, Marketing or related field preferred; Proven expertise in hands-on hotel openings preferred; Knowledge of multi-brand standards; Ability to analyze P&L, budgeting, and forecasting; Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; Fluency in English and Spanish required.
