Position: Director of Food and Beverage
About: The Director of Food & Beverage position at DAC involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department, including Culinary, Stewarding, Banquet Services, beverage services, and all restaurant outlets. The role also entails developing and implementing operational and strategic initiatives in alignment with the Club’s long-range and annual business plans, while upholding the Club’s traditions and values. The Director of Food & Beverage is accountable for ensuring exceptional service, staff quality, and financial performance for the Club and its members, maintaining compliance with all policies and procedures, and fostering a culture of excellence and goodwill among members and staff.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree or higher in Hospitality, Communication, and/or Business management is preferred; 5 to 7 years of experience in a food and beverage operations leadership role in a high-volume, respected private member-owned Club, resort, or 5-star hotel; Serve Safe and TAM certifications required; progressive work experience with verifiable accomplishments in hiring, training, and managing personnel as well as formulating and monitoring budgets
