Position: Director of Food and Beverage
About: We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead operations at our high-volume, fast-paced multi-use operation. This individual will oversee all aspects of food and beverage service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining operational efficiency and financial performance. The ideal candidate has a strong background in F&B operations, is highly skilled in P&L management, and excels in team leadership.
Requirements: 5+ years of high-volume F&B management experience, preferably in a multi-use venue, stadium, arena, or large event setting; proven expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and financial reporting; strong leadership skills with experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment; ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt to dynamic event schedules; excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; knowledge of industry trends, guest service best practices, and food safety regulations
