Position: Director of Finance And Operations
About: St. Clair Health is seeking a Financial Leader for its physician practice groups and population health entity, providing financial oversight and business leadership. This role involves working closely with physicians, practice management, and senior leadership to enhance operations and services, establish financial targets, and contribute to budget development. The position also includes responsibilities for St. Clair Physician Partners, an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) in collaboration with local Health Systems.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and a minimum of ten years’ relevant work experience in healthcare; MBA, MHA, or CPA; Previous MSO or Physician organization financial experience; Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Previous experience providing financial oversight to physician practices; Knowledge of healthcare analytics; Excellent written and verbal communication skills
