Requirements: Full service restaurant experience; professional certifications (CFM, FMP) are a plus; minimum of 5-7 years in facilities management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within the full service restaurant industry; strong project management skills; knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations; proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management; excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills; ability to manage and develop a team across multiple locations
