Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field; 7+ years of facilities management experience, including leadership roles; Knowledge of building systems, safety codes, and sustainability practices; Strong budgeting, project management, and organizational skills; Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; Relevant certifications (CFM, FMP, OSHA) preferred
