Position: Director of Engineering & Operations

Requirements: College degree in a related field; 8-10 years Facility Management highly desirable; strong technical background in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing preferred; ability to make executive decisions, solve problems, plan and organize work, and analyze data; efficient communication and organizational skills; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
