Position: Director of Engineering And Operations
About: Strella is a company dedicated to reducing food waste by utilizing proprietary IoT sensors to monitor and predict produce quality in real-time as it travels the supply chain. They aim to deliver better quality produce to consumers and are expanding their team to further improve their product and service in high-impact markets.
Requirements: An engineering leader with at least 5 years of supply chain, manufacturing, and leadership experience at a startup; comfortable managing various engineering fields such as mechanical, electrical, and network engineering; experience in supply chain, manufacturing, and fulfillment operations; expertise in demand/capacity forecast, planning, and execution; skilled in hardware product life cycle management; ability to take a design from concept to production; experience in managing engineering teams and consultants
