Position: Director of Engineering
About: Direct all maintenance operations for the hotel including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, preventive maintenance, hotel rooms, meetings spaces, restaurant, kitchens, and equipment. Supervise staff, ensure timely project completion, manage costs, respond to guest requests, and oversee daily department activities.
Requirements: A minimum of 4-year degree in Engineering or related major or 4 years experience as Director of Engineering. Proficient in using office and accounting software, operating hand tools and machinery, handling advanced systems, lifting heavy objects, reading blueprints, and holding a valid driver’s license. Flexible to work varying shifts.
