Position: Director of Distribution Operations
About: Petalfast is a first-of-its-kind route-through-market platform for the cannabis industry, aiming to enhance cannabis brands through practices, partnerships, and a go-to-market accelerator. Notable cannabis brands on the Petalfast platform include Bloom, YadaYada, and Lime. The company is focused on secure and efficient distribution of cannabis products while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalent; 5+ years of progressive experience in distribution, warehouse, or logistics operations, with leadership responsibilities; experience optimizing distribution networks and driving operational efficiencies; excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment; cannabis industry experience is required; Acumatica experience is preferred or equivalent; Leaflink experience is preferred or equivalent; ERP experience required; Excel proficiency is required; must be 21 years or older.
