Position: Director of Customer Service

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, B2B eCommerce, or related field; 10-12 years of experience in a customer success leadership role, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech; proven track record in building and scaling customer success programs; experience managing KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, churn, and CLTV; ability to lead high-performing global teams; familiarity with navigating and scaling tech teams in a fast-paced setting
