Position: Director of Culinary Services
About: The Columbia Presbyterian Community is seeking a Director of Culinary Services to lead and oversee the dining department operations, ensuring quality nutritional services and a superior dining experience for residents. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, safety, and quality standards, managing dining staff, and operating within budget constraints. The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s Degree, Certified Dietary Manager Certification, ServSafe Certification, at least three years of supervisory culinary experience, proficiency in Microsoft software programs, strong leadership and team management skills, and comprehensive knowledge of food service systems and administration. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree and direct experience in senior living culinary supervision.
