Requirements: Associate or Bachelor’s degree (in culinary arts program preferred); successful completion of a recognized food safety course; minimum of five years’ experience as an executive chef, chef in a hotel, restaurant, club, or similar setting; minimum of three years’ experience in administration and management of food service systems; senior living community experience preferred; must hold current state-required sanitation (Safe Food Handling and/or Certified Food Manager certification/license); willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
