Position: Director of Construction Operations
About: Adecco Permanent Recruitment is hiring for a DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION in Nashville, TN. The client is looking for candidates with Commercial Construction experience leading projects with budgets of $25 million or more. The Director of Operations will lead a team of skilled Project Managers & Superintendents to ensure project budgets, deadlines, and quality standards are met throughout the Southeast region.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred; 5+ years’ experience managing construction projects required; Experience managing commercial construction projects valued at $20 million or more; Experience managing multiple full-scope projects simultaneously; Highly organized and capable of seeing projects through to completion; Strong communication and presentation skills; Experience in MS Project and ProCore PM Software required.
