Position: Director of Concessions
About: Fort Lauderdale United FC is a professional soccer team competing in the inaugural 2024 season of the USL Super League. The team plays its home matches at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or a relevant blend of education and experience supporting effective job performance; at least 2 years of leadership experience in a diverse food and beverage setting, involving the management of large teams; experience in venue catering or concessions, with a strong preference for multi-site management; comprehensive knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards; demonstrated financial expertise, with experience in P&L responsibility and/or contract-based service management; proven ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of staff and management
