Position: Director of Compliance & Privacy
About: The company is seeking a Director – Compliance and Privacy to manage and direct the day-to-day operations of the Compliance Program under the leadership of the Chief Compliance Officer. This position involves collaborating extensively with management, including Senior and Executive Leadership Staff, to achieve the objectives of an effective compliance program. The role can be remote with occasional travel to the company headquarters in Ankeny, IA. The salary range for this position is $116,644-$174,966.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Healthcare Administration, area of clinical expertise, or related field; 5-7 years’ experience in healthcare compliance, privacy, regulatory affairs, or program management; knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations including HIPAA, HITECH, the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and CMS regulations; demonstrated experience advising executive leadership on compliance matters; minimum of 3 years managing a team with hiring, coaching, performance management, and professional development experience; strong facilitation, collaboration, and teamwork skills; ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate sensitive matters; ability to work autonomously with limited direction
