Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred; Proven experience in coffee service operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial or directorial role; Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach; Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth through operational efficiency; Knowledge of industry trends, coffee products, and brewing equipment is highly desirable; Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management
