Position: Director of Clinical Operations, Weight Management
About: The Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to provide leadership and oversight for the day-to-day operations of the interdisciplinary MUSC Weight Management Program. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless patient navigation, effective operations, research collaboration, and innovative program development within the Integrated Centers of Clinical Excellence (ICCE). The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in Weight Management clinical operations, a passion for patient-centered care, and a proven track record of developing successful weight loss programs.
Requirements: Minimum requirement Master’s degree and seven to ten (7-10) years of progressive work experience in Clinical Services Leadership, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field. Relevant certifications or degree (e.g., Registered Dietitian, Clinical degree, or related clinical credentials). Certification preferred: Registered Dietitian, Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics; Certification Adult Weight Management, CDR Board Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management, Clinical certification or equivalent.
