Position: Director of Catering Operations
About: ASM Global, a leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is seeking a Director of Operations for ASM Global/Savor at the Moscone Center. This role involves leading the operation staff, motivating union and non-union teams, ensuring efficient F&B operations, and maintaining high customer service standards to ensure smooth event execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Minimum 8 years of proven experience in a high-level food and beverage managerial role; ability to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed; good written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and POS systems; familiarity working with unions and understanding of CBA rules
