Requirements: A four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience; More than two (2) full years of employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s); Requires a working knowledge of banquet/catering food and beverage service, policies or operations; Requires knowledge of computer equipment; Requires knowledge of general sales techniques, yield management, and customer service skills; May be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property; Ability to maintain excellent relationships with staff including maintaining staff and guest confidentiality at all times
