About: Crescent is seeking a Director of Catering Sales to oversee all catering associates, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves conducting sales presentations, managing banquet menus, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor. The position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Requirements: Must have the ability to communicate in English; Self-starting personality with an even disposition; Thorough knowledge of food and beverage products; Ability to create special themes and menus; Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers; Ability to grasp, lift, and move goods weighing a maximum of 20 lbs; Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times
