Position: Director of Business and Operations
About: The Board of Education is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administration/Director to support the Assistant Superintendent in the day-to-day Business & Operations for the School District, advancing the district’s professional image and overseeing various key operational functions including purchasing, food service, transportation, maintenance, and custodial programs.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or alternative training/experience that meet state department of education business manager’s license requirements; has a current State of Ohio Business Managers license; ability to establish working relationships with co-workers and function as part of a cohesive team; commitment to keep current with workplace innovations that enhance personal productivity; effective organizational planning and project management skills; work and supervisory experience in one or more of the identified business services; ability to monitor and manage compliance with health, safety, and environmental laws/regulations; available to work irregular hours and/or a non-traditional schedule.
