Position: Director of Building Operations
About: Trinity Management, LLC, a property management company, is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee all properties at a high level, managing Regional Facilities Managers and actively participating in property development planning.
Requirements: $150k – $165k a year; Proven experience in property management and operations at a high level; Strong financial acumen with budget management experience; Ability to travel frequently; Excellent leadership and communication skills; Knowledge of property development and operational planning
