Position: Director of Brand Marketing
About: Walk-Ons is seeking a Director of Brand Marketing to play a pivotal role in developing brand strategy, calendar planning, and leading the execution of integrated brand marketing initiatives to achieve sales and profit goals while enhancing brand relevance and consumer engagement. The Director will oversee the implementation of a new brand visual identity across all customer touch points and manage brand creative internally and externally to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field; MBA preferred; 8+ years developing and executing marketing plans/programs; experience in brand marketing within a franchised restaurant or retail brand; passion for or interest in the Restaurant Industry; new product innovation experience preferred; experience leveraging digital media, promotions, and public relations; experience in brand refresh and transformation projects.
