Position: Director of Beverage
About: The Director of Beverage role is a key position responsible for overseeing all beverage operations and related marketing at a world-class resort. The individual will motivate and support the team while ensuring adherence to company and hotel culture. This role requires strong leadership skills and a focus on delivering exceptional service and results.
Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in food and/or beverage operations; At least 3 years of senior restaurant/bar management experience in a similar environment or 4 years of management in other food and/or beverage operation environments; Ability to read and interpret various analytics reporting; Ability to deliver complex messages clearly, in written and spoken forms; Working knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations; Excellent customer service skills; High school diploma or equivalent; Must have valid Southern Nevada Health District Health Card and TAM Card; Must be 21 years of age or older
