Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred; Knowledge of various POS systems; Minimum of 10 years’ service experience, with 5 years of leadership experience in a luxury venue and/or craft cocktail program environment; Previous beverage buyer experience required; Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Micros, and Outlook; CA ABC Certification
