Position: Director of Banquet Operations

The Director of Banquet Operations oversees the Banquet and Event Set-Up operation, ensuring successful events and positive guest experiences through collaboration with all hotel departments.
Requirements: Full-time management position requiring flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and a varied schedule; refined verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in general computer knowledge; creativity, innovation, attention to detail, and organization; hotel experience and understanding of banquet service levels; previous experience as a Banquet Manager/Assistant Manager; strengths in high energy, leadership, communication, staff development, and customer service excellence
