Position: Director, Global People Services Operations
About: QTS, a global digital infrastructure leader, is looking for a visionary Director of Global People Services Operations to align human resource functions with the company’s vision and long-term goals. QTS operates world-class data centers that support strategic growth initiatives, driving the dynamic digital transformation in today’s business landscape.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred); ten or more years of experience in human resources or people operations, with at least five years in a people management role; global HR management experience, including US state compliance; strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and best practices; experience with HR software (e.g., Workday, Oracle) and data analysis; advanced skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment; problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail; decisive and pragmatic in evaluating situations.
