Position: Director Gastrointestinal Division
About: Brown University Health, a growing dynamic organization committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, is seeking a GI Director to play a pivotal role in strategic leadership and operational management of gastrointestinal services within their affiliates including Rhode Island Hospital, The Miriam Hospital, and Newport Hospital.
Requirements: Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field; minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration with a focus on GI services or related areas; strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills; excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills; knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement methodologies; supervisory responsibility for up to 30 FTEs
