Position: Director Front Office – $90K annually
About: Hard Rock Hotel San Diego, located in the heart of downtown and the famed Gaslamp Quarter, is seeking a Director of Front Office to oversee all Front Desk operations and deliver exceptional guest service and financial profitability. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality Management with at least 5 years of progressive Front Office management experience in a 500+ room hotel preferred; Specific brand experience/OnQ (PMS) Certification; Previous director-level experience desired; Strong leadership and decision-making skills; Excellent communication and organizational abilities
