Position: Director, Food & Nutrition Services
About: The company is looking for a Director/Senior Director to oversee food and clinical nutrition services at a hospital in San Francisco, California. The position involves ensuring the delivery of safe and high-quality food services to patients and staff, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement in food service operations and patient care experience.
Requirements: Minimum three (3) years of experience with PC-based tools, Microsoft Office applications, and web-based applications; Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Nutrition Science, Culinary Arts, or related field AND minimum ten (10) years of experience in food service or a directly related field OR Minimum thirteen (13) years of experience in the restaurant or healthcare food service industry or a directly related field; Current SERVSAFE Manager certificate or successfully completed sanitation course within the past year
