Requirements: BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred; 5 to 10 years of experience in financial management, cost accounting, or financial analysis; Prior experience with financial reporting systems like SAP, Hyperion, and MS Power BI; Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Team player; Detail-oriented; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills; Innovative and hands-on; Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and travel occasionally.
