Position: Director – Field Operations (Washington DC)
About: Wendy’s, a renowned fast-food restaurant chain, is seeking a Field Operations Director to lead a team of Field Operations Managers in a defined geography encompassing 12-15 franchise organizations and approximately 700 restaurants. The Director is responsible for optimizing franchisee profitability and operational efficiency while upholding Wendy’s values and standards to drive sales, profit growth, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in operations, business markets, management, finance, or related field preferred; minimum 5 years’ experience in operations management with P&L responsibility; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to lead and influence diverse stakeholders; excellent communication and organizational skills; self-motivated and results-oriented; high energy and ability to make decisive decisions; strong strategic thinking capabilities
