Position: Director – Field Operations (Los Angeles, CA)
About: Wendy’s, a renowned fast-food restaurant chain, with a vision to become the world’s most thriving and beloved restaurant brand, is seeking a Field Operations Director to lead a team of Field Operations Managers and drive franchisee performance across a portfolio of roughly 700 restaurants.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Markets, Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; minimum 5 years’ experience in operations management, including P&L management of multi-unit operations; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to lead and influence organizational capability; self-motivated and customer-focused team player with strong organizational and strategic thinking capabilities.
