Position: Director Facilities Operations

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, construction or a technical field; 5+ years of Facility Management experience leading teams of at least 15 employees; thorough knowledge of building systems including HVAC+R, plumbing, electrical, fire and life safety; experience in sports-related facilities a plus; strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to negotiate and build relationships; proven track record of excellent customer service
