Position: Director, Facilities & Office Services
About: Ventura Foods, a leading innovator and manufacturer of food solutions for foodservice and retail businesses, is seeking a strategic Director of Office Services to oversee facility administration and drive innovative and forward-thinking strategies to elevate office services and employee experience across multiple locations. This role involves managing various specialized teams within the department, ensuring a premium employee and visitor experience while upholding corporate brand standards and values.
Requirements: 15+ years of experience in facility management or related field; proven leadership experience in managing high-performing teams; strong financial acumen; strategic mindset with a history of driving improvement initiatives; excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to travel 20%; bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in manufacturing, food & beverage, or retail industry facility maintenance a plus; experience supporting corporate office relocation desired; security experience a plus
