Position: Director, Facilities

About: The Facilities Operations Director at a restaurant company is responsible for administering special projects, building and equipment maintenance, and communicating with internal and external clients. This role also involves providing after-hours and emergency support for all restaurants within the company.

Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, trades, or property management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industries; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Business Administration or related field; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Great time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities; Able to project plan work, including drawing sketches and technical specifications; Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Experience with service channel a plus; Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Working knowledge of a P&L, including monthly and yearly budgets; Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus; Able to travel 10% of the time
