Position: Director, Customer Marketing and Growth Strategy
About: The Director of Customer Marketing & Growth Strategy will be a strategic thought leader for key Strategic Partnership & On-Premise (SPOP) customers and will lead marketing strategies and solutions to drive value, build brand love, increase beverage incidence and profitability for these partners. The position will play a critical role in the annual joint business planning process, development of growth strategies, innovation, media and digital programming. In addition, this role will manage relationships with brands, R&D, commercialization, assets, and other internal and external partners to support customer strategies throughout the year.
Requirements: Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent education; 5-10 years business development experience in a consumer-packaged goods company, agency or foodservice operator, preferably in both customer management and marketing roles or equivalent marketing leadership experience within the industry; Ability to recognize, understand, and interpret consumer behavior, brand strategies, channel and customer needs while turning this knowledge into action and results; Advanced Strategic Thinking & Application; Insights/Inspiration to Action; Category Innovation; Digital Ecosystem; CBP/Long Range Indispensable Value; Effective Storytelling; Agency Management; Media Planning, preferred but not Required; Demonstrated personal leadership skills and ability to influence
