Position: Director, Customer Care Center
About: SERVPRO, a trusted leader in fire and water cleanup and restoration services, mold mitigation, construction, biohazard and pathogen remediation with 2,200+ franchises throughout the US and Canada, is seeking a Director, Customer Care Center to provide strategic leadership and oversight for Customer Care Contact Center functions.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; 7+ years of successful experience in contact center management, preferably with property insurance or home services; Leadership experience; Collaborative mindset; Advanced data acumen; Excellent communication skills; Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; Strategic thinking with tactical execution ability; Advanced experience with IVR, workforce management, telephony, and call center software systems
