Position: Director, Commercial Strategy and Operations

As the Director CSO FSOP – Nutrition, you will play a key role in coordinating innovation, brand strategies, and operations, particularly for the Nutrition portfolio including Minute Maid, Simply, Hi-C, Hubert’s Honest Kids, and Fairlife. This position involves liaising with foodservice sales teams and ensuring customer feedback is integrated into brand initiatives, supporting commercial delivery and developing sales tools.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; MBA or other Graduate Degree Preferred; 5-10 Years of experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry; Leadership and experience working across multiple channels; Brand/category management experience; Proven ability to drive change and collaborate effectively with internal/external stakeholders; Effective communication and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels
