Requirements: 5+ years experience in brand management, consumer marketing or growth, ideally within food & beverage, CPG, QSR or hospitality; Record of success delivering innovative marketing programs with measurable results; Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and gain credibility amongst peers, managers and other leadership stakeholders; Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter who sees opportunities for growth and can implement them quickly; Ability to manage through ambiguity in a new strategic role within the organization; Knowledge of competitive landscape and market research with ability to implement into decision-making; Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; A proven understanding of data analysis and reporting; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; proficiency in Keynote is a plus; Strong passion for music, including knowledge of current/relevant artists and industry trends; Willingness to travel preferred
