Position: Dir of Operations
About: At Oyster House, a renowned dining establishment known for its exceptional seafood, great service, and inviting ambiance, we are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee multiple locations, drive operational excellence, and ensure the continued growth and success of our brand.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior General Manager, Director of Operations, or in a similar senior management role in the restaurant or hospitality industry (multi-unit experience preferred); Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management; Exceptional leadership skills, with a focus on team development and operational excellence; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and leadership; Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment; A passion for great food, exceptional service, and a high-quality guest experience
