Position: Dinner Cook – Chef Associate

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years’ experience in a high-volume food service operation required; familiarity with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel) software preferred but not required; working knowledge of cost control techniques, volume feeding, and Minnesota Department of Health food regulations preferred; experience working with people experiencing homelessness or poverty preferred; must be able to obtain ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 3 months if not current or already received; must be able to operate industrial kitchen equipment; must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time; lift and/or move 75 lbs
