Position: DINING ROOM SERVER
About: Holly Hall Retirement Community is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Food Service Assistant. The community focuses on providing excellent care and services to its residents in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines.
Requirements: High school diploma preferred; good interpersonal skills; general understanding of special diets; one year of food experience in a healthcare setting preferred; ability to follow oral and written instructions; ability to work with diverse individuals; physical ability to lift and move objects; flexibility to work beyond normal hours and in various roles when needed; ability to handle mental and emotional stress; strong communication skills; must be in good health and demonstrate emotional stability; must be able to lift, push, pull, move, and manipulate at least 50 pounds; must assist in resident evacuation procedures
