Position: Dining Room Manager
About: Coral Ridge Country Club, a private, non-equity club nestled in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, offers an array of top-notch facilities including an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Sr. designed golf course, a 9-hole par 3 course, 11 clay tennis courts, and an Olympic-size swimming pool. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong customer service skills for addressing guest needs and ensuring satisfaction; expertise in food & beverage and food service management; experience in training staff to maintain high standards of service and efficiency; knowledge of cooking and kitchen operations is beneficial; excellent organizational and leadership abilities; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks; previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a plus
