Position: Dining Operations Manager

Requirements: Demonstrate a positive attitude with the ability to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily; utilize leadership skills after completing appropriate training to accomplish all responsibilities without supervision; associate’s degree or higher in food service management or hospitality preferred; specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition required; Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) course participant or certification as per State & County law; must achieve eLuminate Food Service Manager (FSM) and Long-Term Care Food Service (LTC-FSM) certifications within the first 60 days of employment; two years of experience in quantity food production/service, dining/nutrition, and personnel supervision desired; basic computer skills required; completion of an approved sanitation and safety course may be necessary; ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods; ability to work around food and cleaning products; must live in the service area; compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies as required by State, Local, and/or Customers
