Position: Dining Concierge
About: Atlas is redefining the luxury spending experience with a members-only, no-limit charge card. An Atlas card membership unlocks access to coveted experiences including the most in-demand restaurant reservations and last-minute luxury hotel booking. We are looking for a highly motivated and connected individual to join our team as a West Coast dining specialist. As a key contributor to our member services team, you will play a pivotal role in securing and curating exclusive dining reservations and experiences for our members, with a primary focus on restaurants in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Aspen and the West Coast. Extensive experience in and general knowledge of the hospitality and the restaurant industry domestically and internationally is strongly preferred.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a concierge or client services/relations executive in a high-touch membership, dining/hospitality, or luxury services capacity; Proven experience working with high-net worth clients to provide remarkable experiences and exclusive access; A long-term resident of Los Angeles or San Francisco; Proven experience excelling in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment; Willingness to adapt and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of our members and align with restaurant operating schedules; Ability to properly prioritize against competing needs; Familiarity with Zendesk or other SaaS communication platforms; Additional industry contacts and restaurant knowledge in New York, Miami, and beyond.
