Position: Dietetic Research Project (Kitchen) Manager
About: Arkansas Children’s Nutrition Center is seeking a Registered Dietician Nutritionist (CDR) with an Arkansas Licensed Dietitian (LD) certification and a minimum of 4 years of experience. This full-time position requires coordinating research projects, providing nutrition care to infants, children, and pregnant women in research studies, and managing the Experimental Research Kitchen.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent or Nursing Diploma; clinical nutrition experience of 4 years with a focus on pediatric nutrition; Licensed Dietitian (LD) certification from the Arkansas Dietetics Licensing Board and REGISTERED DIETITIAN NUTRITIONIST certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
