Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Prefer food service experience preferably in a hospital, health care, or hospitality setting; Valid driver’s license preferred; Knowledge of basic math, equipment usage, cleaning products, safety, and infection control practices; Supervision received from Food Service Coordinator; Works in a food production kitchen setting subject to extreme changes in temperature; Heavy physical workload including pushing, pulling, and lifting 50 pounds; Ability to stand, walk, bend, pull, push, kneel, and stoop throughout the shift; Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment
